- Manage a team of Client Advisors dedicated to a specific product category, ensuring alignment with qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Foster a harmonious, motivating, and stimulating work environment.
- Identify team talents and areas for improvement, implementing action plans in line with Saint Laurent standards.
- Handle complex managerial situations with composure.
- Challenge existing procedures to ensure professional efficacy.
- Develop and promote the company's culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal requirements, and legal regulations.
- Enhance client engagement using available tools and foster customer loyalty.
- Recruit, develop, and animate client loyalty programs.
- Build a network of key individuals in the luxury sector to promote client retention, particularly among VIPs and VICs.
- Monitor key sales indicators and support the team in achieving targets.
- Implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Communicate reports to the Director, Deputy Director, and store collaborators.
- Significant experience in luxury product sales and client portfolio development.
- Proven managerial experience with skills in reporting, team development, and training.
- Commitment to innovative projects.
- Expertise in products with a strong fashion culture.
- Client-focused mindset over numerical targets.
- Rigorous and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks based on floor and stock needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Solution-oriented with a consistently positive attitude.
