- Manage a team of 8 to 12 Sales Associates dedicated to a specific product category.
- Cultivate a harmonious and motivating work environment.
- Identify team talents and areas for improvement, developing and implementing action plans.
- Handle complex managerial situations with composure.
- Challenge existing procedures to ensure professional efficiency.
- Enhance client engagement using available tools and foster customer loyalty.
- Develop a network of key individuals in the luxury sector to promote client retention, especially among VICs and VIPs.
- Monitor key sales indicators and guide the team in achieving targets.
- Implement corrective measures when necessary and communicate reports to the Director and Assistant Director.
- Significant experience in luxury product sales and client portfolio development within a concept store model.
- Proven success as a manager with skills in reporting, team development, and training.
- Expertise in products with a strong general, fashion, and artistic culture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent clienteling abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and KPI monitoring.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Innovative problem-solving and positive attitude.
Significant experience in luxury retail management and client portfolio development.
