1. Manage a team of 8 to 12 Client Advisors dedicated to a specific product category.
2. Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives through effective management, customer service excellence, and KPI monitoring.
3. Create and maintain a harmonious, motivating, and stimulating work environment.
4. Identify team talents and areas for improvement, aligning with Saint Laurent standards, and implement action plans.
5. Handle complex managerial situations with composure.
6. Challenge existing procedures to ensure professional efficiency.
7. Promote and develop the company's culture internally and externally.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal requirements, and legal regulations.
9. Strengthen client engagement with the brand using available tools.
10. Recruit, develop, and animate client loyalty programs.
11. Develop a network of key individuals in the luxury sector to enhance client loyalty, particularly among VIPs and VICs.
12. Monitor sales key performance indicators.
13. Support the team in achieving objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.
14. Communicate reports to the Director, Deputy Director, and store collaborators.

1. Significant experience in luxury product sales and client portfolio development.
2. Proven managerial experience with the ability to report, develop, and train teams.
3. Desire to invest in innovative projects.
4. Expertise in products with a strong fashion culture.
5. Client-focused approach before considering figures.
6. Rigorous and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on floor and stock needs.
7. Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
8. Solution-oriented with a consistently positive attitude.
9. Continuous desire to learn and progress.
