Yves Saint Laurent Department Manager

- Manage a team of 8 to 12 Client Advisors dedicated to a specific product category.
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives through effective management, customer service excellence, and KPI monitoring.
- Create and maintain a harmonious, motivating, and stimulating work environment.
- Identify team talents and areas for improvement, aligning with Saint Laurent standards, and implement action plans.
- Handle complex managerial situations with composure.
- Challenge existing procedures to ensure professional efficiency.
- Promote and develop the company's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal requirements, and legal regulations.
- Strengthen client engagement with the brand using available tools.
- Recruit, develop, and animate client loyalty programs.
- Develop a network of key individuals in the luxury sector to enhance client loyalty, particularly among VIPs and VICs.
- Monitor sales key performance indicators.
- Support the team in achieving objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Communicate reports to the Director, Deputy Director, and store collaborators.
- Significant experience in luxury product sales and client portfolio development.
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to report, develop, and train teams.
- Desire to invest in innovative projects.
- Expertise in products with a strong fashion culture.
- Client-focused approach before considering figures.
- Rigorous and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on floor and stock needs.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Solution-oriented with a consistently positive attitude.
