- Develop a network of key individuals in the luxury sector to promote client retention, especially among VICs and VIPs.
- Monitor key sales indicators and guide the team towards achieving targets.
- Implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Communicate reports to the Director, Deputy Director, and store collaborators.
- Significant experience in luxury product sales and client portfolio development.
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to report, develop, and train a team.

- Expertise in products and a strong fashion culture.
- Client-focused mindset before financial considerations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
