4. Implement action plans in coordination with HQ and Store Director, ensuring follow-up at store level.
5. Communicate relevant feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
6. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, and stock organization.
8. Challenge and enhance current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
