1. Promote brand engagement to achieve departmental quantitative and qualitative goals.
2. Lead, motivate, and coach the department team to ensure target and task achievement.
3. Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
4. Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
5. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, challenging the team daily.
6. Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VIPs.
7. Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
9. Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
