- Promote brand engagement to achieve departmental quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the department team to ensure target and task achievement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, challenging the team daily.
- Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VIPs.
- Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
- Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to innovative projects.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales with a customer portfolio.
- Managerial experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
