1. Promote brand engagement to achieve quantitative and qualitative departmental goals.
2. Lead, motivate, and coach the department team, ensuring staff development and target achievement.
3. Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
4. Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
5. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
6. Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty, particularly with Top Clients and VIPs.
7. Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
9. Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
