- Promote brand engagement to achieve quantitative and qualitative departmental goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the department team, ensuring staff development and target achievement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty, particularly with Top Clients and VIPs.
- Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
- Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Managerial experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
