1. Supervise sales to ensure customer engagement and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
2. Maintain an excellent and professional level of customer service within the department.
3. Inform and drive team performance based on store KPIs.
4. Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
5. Identify and develop team members' strengths through training and coaching.
6. Support the Store Director in coordinating morning briefings, one-on-one meetings, and personal development plans.
7. Manage delicate situations related to product issues.
8. Adhere to and enforce all Company Policies & Operational Procedures.
9. Build a network to promote customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs.
10. Lead by example and act as a brand ambassador.

1. 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Proven management experience with the ability to achieve results through feedback and coaching.

2. High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized with prioritization skills.
4. Adaptability, transparency, and curiosity.

3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales, with proven management capabilities.
