- Supervise sales activities to ensure customer engagement and maintain the brand's qualitative standards.
- Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

- Implement and monitor action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
- Identify and nurture team members' strengths, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.
- Support the Store Director in coordinating and delivering morning briefings, one-on-one meetings, and personal development plans.
- Manage sensitive product-related issues personally.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
- Build a network to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on Top Clients and VICs.
- Lead by example and act as a brand ambassador.
- 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Proven management experience with a track record of achieving results through feedback and coaching.
- Extensive product knowledge and sensitivity within the category.
- Strong focus on customer experience and loyalty.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize business needs.
- Adaptable, transparent, and curious approach.
