6. Manage customer relationships, focusing on loyalty and satisfaction, particularly with top clients and VIPs.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes, optimizing department operations.

1. Significant experience in luxury retail sales and customer portfolio management.
2. Proven managerial experience with the ability to provide feedback and coaching.
