1. Collaborate with the Assistant Store Director and Store Director to align on corporate initiatives, team development, and operational strategies.
2. Oversee the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional client experience and adherence to company standards.
3. Manage opening and closing procedures of the boutique, adhering to operational and loss prevention guidelines.
4. Develop and implement strategic action plans to maximize sales and client engagement.
5. Drive department sales goals and team performance through effective coaching and adherence to company principles.
6. Analyze sales reports to ensure the department meets and exceeds goals.
7. Stay informed on product-related information and communicate updates to the team.
8. Liaise with the Buying team regarding business trends and client feedback.
9. Address and resolve escalated client issues in collaboration with the Store Director and relevant teams.
10. Maintain visual standards in accordance with Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention guidelines.
11. Partner with the Operations team on inventory management and reporting.
12. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines to facilitate successful audits.
13. Foster strong working relationships with management, corporate partners, and other boutiques.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience
3. At least 2 years in a retail management role
4. Experience managing a team of 5 or more

2. Proven leadership and motivational skills
3. Strong analytical skills for sales and performance analysis
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A minimum of 3-5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a management capacity, overseeing a team of 5 or more.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Base salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, plus bonus eligibility.
