Yves Saint Laurent Department Manager

- Collaborate with the Assistant Store Director and Store Director to align on corporate initiatives, team development, and operational strategies.
- Oversee the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional client experience and adherence to company standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the boutique, adhering to operational and loss prevention guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to maximize sales and client engagement.
- Drive department sales goals and team performance through effective coaching and adherence to company principles.
- Analyze sales reports to ensure the department meets and exceeds goals.
- Stay informed on product-related information and communicate updates to the team.
- Liaise with the Buying team regarding business trends and client feedback.
- Address and resolve escalated client issues in collaboration with the Store Director and relevant teams.
- Maintain visual standards in accordance with Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention guidelines.
- Partner with the Operations team on inventory management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines to facilitate successful audits.
- Foster strong working relationships with management, corporate partners, and other boutiques.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years in a retail management role
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Strong analytical skills for sales and performance analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum of 3-5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a management capacity, overseeing a team of 5 or more.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Base salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, plus bonus eligibility.
