- Develop inventory projections based on sales forecasts and place reorders to meet demand.
- Provide long-term visibility on supply needs to the production team.
- Collaborate with production on monthly and weekly delivery planning.
- Track actual deliveries against plans.
- Monitor available inventory versus needs.
- Report on expected stock shortages, delivery delays, and production constraints.
- Analyze inventory performance, challenge assortments, and coordinate stock transfers.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of planning tools.
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with sales planning to align on forecasts, priorities, supply risks, and delivery changes.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers.
- Structured, organized, and proactive approach.
- Agility in managing tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.
A minimum of five years in a similar demand planning role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
