- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and deliver actionable insights using tools like Python and SQL.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance clienteling strategies and marketing performance.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and BigQuery for senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data visualization and reporting are clear, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with teams across Retail, Merchandising, and Finance to develop business data solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
- Assist in event planning and prepare detailed reports to support business initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for data analysis and visualization.
- Share knowledge and actively engage with the internal data analytics community.
- Take on special projects and provide support for client events and other business activities as needed.
- Pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities related to customer behavior and marketing performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
No prior professional experience required, but hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies is preferred.
Pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
