1. Daily verification of cost sheets, bills of materials, and seasonal price lists.
2. Manage system extractions related to the progress of semi-finished and finished products.
3. Oversee internal production advancements and support the administration in verifying correct billing.
4. Input processing times for various production phases such as cutting and joining.
5. Assist in the initial creation of production and sample cost sheets.
6. Maintain and support the cost sheet structure for management control.
7. Monitor and analyze discrepancies between seasonal cost estimates and price lists.
8. Input pricing for VIP and PRESS billing.

1. Preferred Bachelor's degree.

1. Proficiency in Excel and MS-Office suite.
2. Strong reporting and quantitative data analysis skills.
3. Good negotiation skills.
4. Teamwork orientation.
5. Flexibility.

Experience in administrative support or costing in a fashion or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
