- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
- Assist in job evaluations, salary reviews, and annual compensation planning processes.
- Maintain and analyze HR data, ensuring accuracy in payroll, headcount, and compensation reports.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on key HR metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on HR-related costs, ensuring alignment with budget allocations.
- Assist in workforce planning and cost forecasting to optimize personnel expenses.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Units to align compensation and cost control strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR controlling, or related functions; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with salary surveys, compensation structures, and cost control methods.
- Knowledge of HR and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR controlling, or related functions, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000 with bonus eligibility.
