1. Sign financial statements and official documents as a Company Secretary.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
3. Serve as the designated person for disclosure of beneficial interest in the company's shares.
4. Affix Digital Signature Certificate to the company's Annual Return.
5. Manage timely and accurate filings on relevant government portals.
6. Monitor and meet all regulatory deadlines and maintain up-to-date records and documentation.

1. Qualified Company Secretary with membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

1. Strong business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
2. Proven experience handling filings and compliance using Indian government portals.
3. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language.
4. Highly organized and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Proven experience in handling filings and compliance using Indian government portals is required.

Membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is mandatory.
