1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth within the zone.
2. Oversee retail network development and ensure retail excellence.
3. Manage full category purchases and monitor performance per store and collection.
4. Support store management in performance enhancement and sales team training.
5. Control merchandising budgets and conduct sales analysis and reporting.
6. Plan and execute new collection launches based on market seasonality.
7. Roll out sales initiatives in collaboration with Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM, and Press/Image departments.
8. Communicate performance feedback to product managers and produce end-of-season reports.
9. Manage logistics and Outlet business operations.
10. Lead and develop merchandising staff through coaching and feedback.
11. Oversee retail channel sales and boost sales through strategic retail actions.
12. Supervise network development and evaluate market opportunities.
13. Ensure compliance with HQ guidelines, legal, safety, and internal requirements.
14. Promote brand culture internally and externally to foster customer loyalty.
15. Analyze sales figures, market trends, and competitor activities.
16. Develop retail management teams through coaching and feedback.
