Yves Saint Laurent Collection Merchandising Internship
Saint Laurent, a prestigious fashion house founded in 1961, is renowned for pioneering the luxury ready-to-wear concept with its iconic 'Rive Gauche' line. The brand offers a diverse range of collections including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare for development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogues and showroom sales tools (sales book, material book, collection file).
- Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototype management (inventory, photos, corrections) from reception through the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods (sell-in analysis, best sellers, KPIs, SKU efficiency) and end-of-showroom reports (quantitative and qualitative collection results).
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Conduct continuous competitor analysis (offerings, pricing, campaigns, fashion shows).
- Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion with a strong product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Italian is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A prior experience in the luxury sector is required.
Pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
Interns will gain invaluable experience in a leading luxury fashion house, contributing to the brand's growth and honing fashion industry skills.
