- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in creating the sales catalog and various showroom sales tools.
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPI, and SKU efficiency, as well as end-of-showroom reports.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, monitoring global and regional sales.
- Maintain ongoing competitor analysis, including offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion with a strong product sensitivity.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis and numerical acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
