- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogues and showroom sales tools.
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to showroom analysis, including sell-in, best sellers, KPIs, and SKU efficiencies, as well as end-of-showroom reports with quantitative and qualitative results.
- Analyze weekly and monthly product category performance, tracking global and regional sales.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is required.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in numerical data analysis.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
Previous experience in the luxury fashion sector is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
