- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogs and showroom tools.
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPIs, and SKU efficiencies.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Maintain continuous competitive analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and fashion shows.
- Enrollment in a business school or specialized fashion Master's program.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A prior experience in the luxury sector is required, demonstrating a keen understanding of product nuances.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized fashion Master's program.
