Yves Saint Laurent Collection Merchandising Intern

- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare for development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogues and showroom sales tools such as sales books, material books, and collection files.
- Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, from receipt through the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPI, and SKU efficiency, as well as end-of-showroom reports with quantitative and qualitative collection results.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Maintain ongoing competitor analysis, including offerings, pricing, campaigns, and fashion shows.
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Comfortable with numerical data.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
