- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogs and showroom tools such as sales books and material books.
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of showroom analyses, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPIs, and SKU efficiencies, as well as end-of-showroom reports.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Maintain constant monitoring of competitors, including offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.
- Enrollment in a business school or specialized fashion Master's program.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensibility.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Comfortable with numerical data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
