- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogues and showroom sales tools (sales book, material book, collection file).
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes (inventory, photos, corrections) from reception throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods (sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPIs, SKU efficiencies) and end-of-showroom reports (quantitative and qualitative collection results analyses).
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories with detailed tracking of global and regional sales.
- Maintain ongoing competitor analysis (offerings, pricing, campaigns, runway shows).
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is required.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in numerical data analysis.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
Previous experience in the luxury fashion sector is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
