- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in the creation of sales catalogs and showroom sales tools.
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototype management, including inventory, photography, and corrections.
- Contribute to the creation and writing of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, and SKU efficiency.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis of product categories, monitoring global and regional sales.
- Maintain continuous competitive analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or Master's program specializing in fashion.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
Pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in fashion.
