1. Participate in the development of collections.
2. Prepare materials for development meetings.
3. Assist in the creation of sales catalogs and showroom sales tools.
4. Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
5. Oversee prototype management, including inventory, photography, and corrections.
6. Contribute to the creation and writing of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, and SKU efficiency.
7. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis of product categories, monitoring global and regional sales.
8. Maintain continuous competitive analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or Master's program specializing in fashion.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.
3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong numerical aptitude.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
4. Organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.

A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.

Pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in fashion.
