- Participate in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in creating sales catalogues and showroom sales tools.
- Manage sketches and catalog information during development and showroom periods.
- Handle prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and drafting of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPIs, and SKU efficiencies, as well as end-of-showroom reports.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of competitors' offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in fashion.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.
- Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A first experience in the luxury industry is required.
Business school or Master's degree in fashion-related field.
