- Develop collection plans by product category.
- Ensure the collection structure and balance in terms of function, price, and seasonality.
- Manage updates to collection tracking tools.
- Participate in pricing strategy and define target and sales prices.
- Ensure cross-category and gender consistency.
- Create tools for the product lifecycle: pre-purchases, sales aids, outlet selections.
- Coordinate effectively between the studio, development, and production teams.
- Anticipate and manage the complete delivery of collections for the showroom.
- Oversee editing tracking tools.
- Present product briefs at the showroom and participate in strategic briefings.
- Ensure daily communication on product developments and update sales tools.
- Define delivery groups based on pre-purchases.
- Conduct weekly retail sell-out analyses.
- Analyze sales trends during the showroom and provide recommendations.
- Conduct showroom assessments.
- Regularly visit boutiques and markets.
- Propose improvements for tools and analyses.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a collection merchandiser in a luxury fashion house specializing in ready-to-wear.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising from a university or business school.
- Dynamic, rigorous, with strong analytical and agile capabilities.
- Product sensitivity and knowledge in ready-to-wear.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
