1. Oversee organizational aspects of the collection development process.
2. Code and catalog models within the collection.
3. Update the PLM system daily, including creating model sheets and generating collection plans.
4. Manage special orders for press, VIPs, and trunk shows, including reporting and dispatching.
5. Coordinate prototype logistics and manage legal deposits of models.
6. Monitor model alterations throughout the collection and during pre-show fittings.
7. Maintain office organization, archive prototypes, and manage seasonal fabric samples.

1. Previous experience in luxury or fashion is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English is required.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Familiarity with PLM software is beneficial.
4. Dynamic and with excellent interpersonal skills.

A first experience in the luxury or fashion industry is considered a plus.
