- Supervise and ensure Client Service Ambassadors provide seamless omni-channel client assistance, maintaining high consistency and quality standards.
- Motivate and coach Client Service Ambassadors through one-on-one quality monitoring.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and individual goals for Client Ambassadors.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures across all communication channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and image of Saint Laurent.
- Oversee Salesforce case handling to meet reporting requirements.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for Client Service Ambassadors.
- Log operational deficiencies for follow-up by the Assistant Manager.
- Ensure correct claim processes are followed by Ambassadors.
- Facilitate personalized outreach for VIP clients and share client feedback to enhance services.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000, with bonus eligibility.
