4. Act as a key contact for escalations, delivering appropriate solutions and strengthening client relationships.
5. Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments for action.
6. Manage communication channels such as telephone, email, and chat, while achieving personal targets and team KPIs.
7. Develop omnichannel sales through distant sales tools.
