3. Foster strong relationships with stores to ensure a positive client experience.
4. Serve as a key contact for escalations, delivering appropriate solutions while strengthening client relationships.
5. Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments to ensure action is taken.
6. Manage multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat, while meeting personal and team KPIs.
7. Develop omnichannel sales through distant sales tools.
