- Accompany clients throughout the purchase journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Promote the brand image and values by providing qualitative and personalized advice across all channels.
- Foster strong relationships with stores to ensure a positive client experience.
- Act as a key contact for escalations, delivering appropriate solutions and strengthening client relationships.
- Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments for action.
- Manage communication channels such as telephone, email, and chat, while meeting personal and team KPIs.
- Develop omnichannel sales through distant sales tools.
- Assist in developing a seamless omni-channel experience in collaboration with HQ and EMEA leadership.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests for ysl.com and stores.
- Ensure exceptional and personalized client experience via telephone, live-chat, and email.
- Follow-up and liaise with other departments to meet client requests.
- Capture accurate client data.
- Develop business and client base by cultivating strong client relationships.
- Share client feedback with appropriate departments to improve processes and services.
