1. Accompany clients throughout the purchase journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
2. Promote the brand image and values by providing qualitative and personalized advice across all channels.
3. Foster strong relationships with stores to ensure a positive client experience.
4. Act as a key contact for escalations, delivering appropriate solutions and strengthening client relationships.
5. Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments for action.
6. Manage communication channels such as telephone, email, and chat, while meeting personal and team KPIs.
7. Develop omnichannel sales through distant sales tools.
8. Assist in developing a seamless omni-channel experience in collaboration with HQ and EMEA leadership.
9. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests for ysl.com and stores.
10. Ensure exceptional and personalized client experience via telephone, live-chat, and email.
11. Follow-up and liaise with other departments to meet client requests.
12. Capture accurate client data.
13. Develop business and client base by cultivating strong client relationships.
14. Share client feedback with appropriate departments to improve processes and services.
