Yves Saint Laurent Client Events Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in the luxury fashion industry, was established in 1961 and pioneered the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. As part of the Kering Group since 1999, Saint Laurent continues to be a vanguard in the luxury sector under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since 2016. The brand offers a wide array of products including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Support the daily activities of the production and events department.
- Assist in the logistical and production aspects of client events globally, including dinners, cocktail parties, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
- Coordinate with the Image department for event materials such as invitations and e-vites.
- Book talents including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
- Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
- Research new venues, service providers, artists, and trends.
- Prepare and control materials before and after events.
- Manage the event inventory including entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support such as note-taking and sending meeting summaries, and booking flights and hotels.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor events.
- Update guidelines and assist in archiving.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and dynamic.
