Yves Saint Laurent Client Events Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished brand under the Kering Group, has been a pioneer in luxury fashion since its inception in 1961. The brand offers a wide range of collections including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Support the daily activities of the production and events department in collaboration with the client event team.
- Assist in the logistical and production aspects of client events globally, including dinners, cocktail parties, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
- Coordinate with the Image department for event-related materials such as invitations and e-vites.
- Book talents including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
- Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
- Research new venues, service providers, artists, and trends.
- Prepare and control materials before and after events.
- Manage the event inventory, including entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support, including taking notes and sending meeting minutes, booking flights and hotels.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update guidelines.
- Assist in archiving.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and dynamic.
- Strong team spirit.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and event management is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
