1. Support the daily activities of the production and events department in collaboration with the client event team.
2. Assist in the logistical and production aspects of client events globally, including dinners, cocktail parties, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
3. Coordinate with the Image department for event-related materials such as invitations and e-vites.
4. Book talents including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
5. Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
6. Research new venues, service providers, artists, and trends.
7. Prepare and control materials before and after events.
8. Manage the event inventory, including entries, exits, and follow-ups.
9. Provide administrative support, including taking notes and sending meeting minutes, booking flights and hotels.
10. Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update guidelines.
11. Assist in archiving.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
3. Strong interest in luxury and event communication.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Excellent spelling and grammar.
3. Organized, autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and dynamic.
4. Strong team spirit.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and event management is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
