- Support the development and growth of top-tier VIC clientele at the Beverly Hills Flagship.
- Assist in the recruitment and retention of new Stylists, focusing on expanding the Stylist Program.
- Facilitate PR and VIP requests, including in-store fittings and product movement management.
- Maintain accurate records of all consignments.
- Provide comprehensive sales floor coverage, managing and servicing client interactions independently.
- Assist the sales team during selling ceremonies, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Generate and support one-to-one appointments for top clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and flexibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Understanding and passion for luxury fashion.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, with preference for luxury or contemporary experience.
Base compensation range is $32 – 34/hr, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contributions.
