- Support the development and growth of top-tier VIC clientele within the Beverly Hills Flagship.
- Assist in recruiting new stylists with a focus on retention and expansion of the Stylist Program.
- Manage PR and VIP & Influence requests, including in-store fittings and product movement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all consignments.
- Provide comprehensive sales floor coverage and manage client interactions independently.
- Support the sales team during selling ceremonies by welcoming clients, preparing merchandise, and processing transactions.
- Proactively generate and support one-to-one appointments, coordinating and executing well-prepared sessions for top clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement, maintaining all qualitative standards of the brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and multitask.
- High level of flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with top clients.
- Understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Personal presentation of the highest standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Sensitivity across genders, age groups, and ethnic backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to travel.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary fashion experience.
Base compensation ranges from $32 to $34 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contributions.
