Yves Saint Laurent Client Engagement Assistant Intern

- Support the Worldwide Client Team in various aspects of client engagement, gaining exposure to multiple facets of CRM, including tracking and measuring progress, liaising with marketing and image departments for tools, and coordinating launch schedules.
- Coordinate 360° client action plans for product launches and local campaigns in alignment with the Global Client Engagement strategy, collaborating with regions and the marketing team.
- Work closely with regions to gather client marketing resource requests with the marketing team to ensure deliverables.
- Ensure client action calendars and CRM mapping are regularly updated and shared with all stakeholders.
- Assist the Client Engagement Manager in tracking and measuring the impact of client actions to ensure relevant follow-up.
- Monitor data collection and key performance indicators.
- Aid in the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage the client department's meeting schedules.
- Collaborate closely with regions to coordinate all logistical aspects of Trunk Shows, including deliveries, shipping, and reception, liaising with the logistics department to create pro-forma and ATA Carnet.
- Track all Trunk Shows and conduct evaluations.
- Work closely with regions to coordinate in-store events, supporting all aspects including invitations, catering, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with the image department to collect all electronic cards and invitations for regions.
- Update and manage the regional event calendar to ensure it is current.
- Student in business or marketing school.
- Interest in consumer behavior analysis, marketing analysis, luxury markets, e-commerce, and the retail sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral language skills in French and English.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
No prior professional experience required, but an interest in consumer behavior and luxury markets is essential.
Currently enrolled in a business or marketing program.
