Yves Saint Laurent Client Development Manager

- Facilitate the execution and implementation of customer engagement initiatives to foster positive and enduring client relationships, driving revenue and achieving set objectives.
- Support Client and Retail teams in analyzing customer behaviors and market dynamics, translating findings into actionable recommendations to optimize commercial performance and customer loyalty across the region.
- Initiate and execute CRM strategies, including the development of specific action plans for various customer segments across different markets.
- Coordinate with the EMEA regional team and markets for database selection and proactive calendar planning.
- Provide end-to-end analyses to support regional CRM strategies and events through financial projections, target selection, pre-event customer analysis, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with the EMEA regional team and various internal and external stakeholders to plan and organize client activities.
- Develop and implement plans for organizing personalized gifts and experiences for clients, adhering to guidelines.
- Enhance the Elite activity by closely collaborating with the EMEA VIC Manager to retain, recruit, and elevate lower-tier clients to Elite status.
- Conduct in-store training and coaching on clienteling (skills development, actions to be taken).
- Explore partnership opportunities with third parties for client activation recruitment.
- Proactively interact with top Elite clients, establish relationships, and support sales teams in client retention.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in French.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Western Europe.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel; prior experience with CRM systems and statistical tools is advantageous.

Extensive experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing client engagement strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
