1. Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
2. Engage passionately with clients, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
3. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive proactive and sustained business growth.
4. Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
5. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
6. Foster genuine and transparent relationships with clients, ensuring a unique connection.
7. Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
8. Utilize all available tools to optimize business opportunities.
9. Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to support overall team spirit.

1. Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
3. Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

1. Proficiency in using tools and applications, with adaptability to new technology.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred experience in client-facing roles within fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Base compensation ranges from $21/hr to $23/hr, with commission eligibility.
