- Provide exemplary client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
- Engage passionately with clients, placing them at the center and anticipating their needs.
- Cultivate a strong client portfolio to ensure proactive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
- Maintain a transparent and genuine rapport with clients, fostering unique connections.
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.

- Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Preferred experience in client-facing roles within fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
Base compensation ranges from $18/hr to $19.50/hr with commission eligibility.
