- Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
- Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
- Uphold organization, grooming, and appearance standards in line with guidelines.
- Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.
- Experience in luxury goods or retail.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Adaptability, natural curiosity, and authenticity.
- Open-mindedness and creativity.
- Sales-driven with a social, open, and ambitious demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
Previous experience in luxury goods or retail is required.
