1. Provide exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
2. Cultivate a strong client portfolio to ensure proactive and growing business.
3. Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
4. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
5. Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.

7. Support and collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to foster team spirit.
8. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Passion for fashion culture and personalized styling.
3. Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English and additional languages preferred.
5. Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools.
6. Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Base compensation range is $20/hr. - $25/hr. with commission eligibility.
