1. Provide exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
2. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive business growth.
3. Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
4. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
5. Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
6. Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
7. Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.
8. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion, accessories retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
3. Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.

5. Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new applications.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $25.00-27.00/hour.
