- Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
- Engage passionately with clients, placing them at the center of all interactions, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive proactive and sustainable business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients, showcasing a deep passion for fashion culture.
- Foster genuine connections with clients through transparent and authentic communication.
- Utilize all available tools effectively to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with both front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achieve collective goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Experience in providing high-quality service in a client-facing role, preferably in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Base compensation ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.50/hr with commission eligibility.
