- Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
- Engage passionately with clients, placing them at the forefront, identifying their needs, and anticipating future requests.
- Cultivate a strong client portfolio to ensure proactive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients, showcasing a passion for fashion culture.
- Maintain a transparent and authentic relationship with clients, fostering unique connections.
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize all available tools to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Experience in providing high-quality service in a client-facing role, preferably in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
- Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.

- Strong team spirit to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in using tools and applications, with adaptability to new technology.

Base compensation range estimated at $18/hr. - $20/hr., with commission eligibility and benefits.
