1. Experience in providing high-quality service in a client-facing role, preferably in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
3. Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Strong team spirit to achieve common goals.
5. Comfortable with using tools and applications, and quick to adapt to new technology.
6. Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize.
7. Proactive, passionate, and problem-solving attitude.
8. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred.

Preferred experience in luxury fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Base compensation range is $20-21/hr plus commission, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package.
