- Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Provide personalized advice, attentively listen to customers' expectations, and respond to their inquiries with engaging and surprising suggestions regarding fashion products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitors' products to highlight the brand's technical and unique aspects.
- Report customer complaints to the department manager and/or assistant store manager.
- Actively develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Create and update a client directory and database.
- Build relationships with clients from the initial greeting to foster long-term interest in the products and brand, ensuring they feel relaxed and confident in the brand.
- Establish influential networks within the local and international luxury industry to enhance customer loyalty, especially among VIP clients.
- Consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, including communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders in a service-oriented, cooperative, effective, and universal manner.
- Participate in logistical store operations such as inventory control and stocktaking.
- Support and assist colleagues through effective teamwork.
- Provide high-quality feedback and requested reports to management.

- Use storytelling to provide customers with product and creative details, thereby showcasing the world of Saint Laurent.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with company standards in terms of organization, appearance, and adherence to display standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while maintaining the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Comply with headquarters' guidelines regarding customer relations, including welcoming and reception.
- Support the store management team in ensuring all store processes meet company requirements and follow up accordingly.
- Handle customer transactions at the cash register.
- Receive and process merchandise.
- Prepare and handle deliveries and shipments to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and follow operational procedures.
