- Deliver exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.

- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.

- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.

- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Experience in providing high-quality service in client-facing roles, preferably in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
- Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
- Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency with tools and applications, adaptability to new technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $19/hr. - $21/hr. with commission eligibility.
