1. Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
2. Actively develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
3. Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
4. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
6. Promote the brand's culture internally and externally as a brand ambassador.
7. Ensure organization, grooming, and appearance standards are met.
8. Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
9. Contribute to back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.

1. Experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English.
